1. Legal Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Under this legal framework, the product must be returned complete, clean, and without excessive damage, allowing it to be resold if necessary.
In the event of depreciation resulting from excessive handling, a partial refund may be applied in accordance with applicable regulations.
Return shipping costs are, by default, the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
